Jack & Jill's Childcare Radford, Plymstock

Jack and Jill's Plymstock operate two sites across Plymstock just a short walking distance from each other. We are part of The Royal Naval Pre-School Learning Organisation Charity that operate throughout Plymouth. We are open to both Service and Civilian Families.

The Radford site is situated within the Military residential area of Plymstock at Stokingway Close, Plymstock, Plymouth, PL9 9JL. We are in a purpose built setting with a vast flat garden area which provides many learning and teaching oppotunities for the children. If your child loves the outdoors then they will love coming to our setting experiencing 3 gardens and a playground great for riding bikes, scooters and construction activities, not to mention an area set aside for climbing! Using money fund rasied by staff, parents and children we recently installed a climbing tower to add to our slides, balance beams and wobbly bridge! 

We also offer a very rich learning environment indoors with the children self selecting activities and resources of their choice.

We of course cover the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum within our planning and daily play. Jack and Jill's Plymstock pride ourselves on our warm and welcoming environment and the relationship that we build with our families. The setting is registered for 26 children aged from 18 months to four years at any one time. The setting feeds children aged 3 - 4 years (spaces permitting) into the Jack & Jill's Goosewell setting sited in Goosewell Primary School.

The staff team includes 6 experienced dedicated staff members who are qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 in childcare.
