Currently we have vacancies at three of our locations:
Level 2/ 3 Early Years Childcare qualification for position at small but busy
nursery
based at Hillcrest Close, Plympton, PL7 2ET.
This position is an all year-round position (50 weeks) with 6 weeks paid
holiday.
The hours are as follows-
Monday 0830- 1530
Wednesday 0830 – 1630
Thursday 0830 – 1630
Friday 0830 – 1800
There will be the opportunity for additional hours on a Tuesday to cover any
staff absences or if the childcare settings numbers increase throughout the
year.
Start date- as soon as possible.

Stokingway Close, Plymstock PL9 9JL
We are looking to recruit an Early Years manager, 2 years working experience with a passion
for the early years sector and the vision to take a term time busy childcare setting to full day
care hours, offering extended childcare throughout the year.
Essential specification
Minimum NVQ 3 in Early years equivalent or above.
Previous experience of working full day childcare provision.
2 years working experience in managing / deputising leading a team within a childcare
setting.
First Aid qualification
Safeguarding to an advanced level training
SEND’s knowledge and training.
Ability to provide safe and stimulating, play and learning experiences.
Been part of a management team during an Ofsted inspection.
Competency in paperwork and record keeping.
Ability to work on initiative
Friendly and flexible attitude.
Desirable specification
Knowledge of working with military families
Willing to train/ further develop further skills.
Develop a resourcefulness beneficial to the childcare setting.
Have use of transport and a clean driving licence.
Start date asap
