Jack & Jill's Childcare Plympton

Jack & Jill’s Childcare Plympton is one of six childcare settings across the city of Plymouth, located in a purpose-built nursery facility

The setting operates 50 weeks of the year and offers wraparound care for children up to the age of 8, including those attending Chaddlewood Primary School and Glen Park Primary School. Children are safely escorted to and from school by a member of staff, ensuring a secure and reliable transition each day.
The nursery features a large, bright, open-plan playroom with adjoining toilet facilities. The space is thoughtfully divided to cater to both two-year-olds and pre-school children, creating age-appropriate learning environments.
Babies are accommodated in rented rooms within the neighbouring community centre. This space includes a spacious playroom and an additional room equipped with a sensory corner, as well as dedicated areas for nappy changing, sleeping, and mealtimes.
The setting also benefits from a secure outdoor garden, which is accessible throughout the day. This allows children and babies to extend their learning outdoors, explore freely, and make independent choices in a safe environment.
